A key early-season tussle in the Western Conference is ahead when the San Jose Earthquakes play host to Real Salt Lake on Sunday afternoon at Avaya Stadium. The Quakes are sitting in third place in the division, seeing their two-game winning run come to an end last weekend in a 2-1 loss at the New England Revolution. Real are still undefeated on the new season, one point behind the Quakes, following their late 2-1 home win against Toronto FC last weekend.
