This pits two of the Eastern Conference's most successful clubs of recent years against one another, and they'll each look to restart 2020 on a positive note.
Atlanta were one of four MLS teams to start the 2020 season with two wins, beginning with a 2-1 victory over Nashville SC in their season opener on Feb. 29. That result came at a crucial cost, however, as superstar forward Josef Martinez was lost for the season with a torn ACL. Sans Martinez, the Five Stripes bared down and got another 2-1 win over FC Cincinnati in their next match at Mercedes-Benz Stadium on March 7.
The Red Bulls were given a scare by Cincinnati in their season opener, but came out with a 3-2 victory on March 1. They then picked up a 1-1 road draw against Real Salt Lake on March 7.
Atlanta United
We've received partial answers as to how the Five Stripes can fare without Josef Martinez, but the jury's still out. Some extra pressure certainly falls on stars Pity Martinez and Ezequiel Barco, two attacking midfielders from Argentina with lofty price tags. It's also worth noting that new winger Jurgen Damm won't be available for selection until after the tournament.

New York Red Bulls
The Florida heat is bound to impact the Red Bulls' high-pressing style, so keep an eye out for how Chris Armas adjusts his team tactically. Otherwise, this is a familiar XI that can grind out results and has difference-makers in Daniel Royer and Kaku.
