- Diego Fagundez scored for a third consecutive game in the Revolution’s 3-1 win at Toronto FC on Sunday afternoon, their fifth win in a row (also stretching their undefeated streak to seven games). Fagundez has three goals and an assist over his scoring streak.
- The teams are meeting for the second time this season. They reached a scoreless draw March 21 at Gillette Stadium.
- The Revolution defeated the Impact for the first time in three tries at Gillette Stadium last Sept. 13, the only meeting in Foxborough last season. The Impact won both matches last year in Montréal.
- Last year’s Revolution victory was their first ever at Gillette Stadium vs. the Impact. The Revolution had won two games in a row in Montréal before last year’s two Impact victories.
