Minnesota United FC have signed a trio of players, defender Sam Gleadle, forward Foster Langsdorf and midfielder Kevin Partida, the club announced Friday. The deals were completed ahead of Thursday night's Secondary Transfer Window deadline.

All three players were most recently with Reno 1868 FC in the USL Championship.

Gleadle, 24, made 43 appearances for Reno, including two USL Championship playoff appearances in 2020. He was named Reno’s Young Player of the Year in 2019, where he had five goals and four assists. He can play anywhere down the left flank and was a four-year starter at the University of New Mexico.

Langsdorf, 24, came through the Portland Timbers academy. He had 11 goals in 18 appearances with Reno this season and made his MLS debut in 2019 with Portland. He had 22 goals and 15 assists with Timbers 2 in the USL Championship. He also starred for Stanford University, part of the dynastic run of three straight NCAA National Championships and four straight Pac-12 titles. He should provide depth behind Kei Kamara and Aaron Schoenfeld up top.

Partida, 25, made 41 appearances with Reno, adding five goals. He was selected in the 2018 MLS SuperDraft by San Jose Earthquakes and made five MLS appearances. Partida played primarily in central midfield this season and could be an option with Osvaldo Alonso going down with another injury on Wednesday.
