Steven Gerrard could play in his first game for the LA Galaxy this Saturday, but you do not have to wait until then to see him in his new jersey.
The Galaxy have given their fans and MLS supporters everywhere a first look at Gerrard in LA's colors, posting a slideshow of the Designated Player on their website. Needless to say, Gerrard, who will wear the No. 8, looks very sharp in his new home jersey.
Gerrard was introduced to Galaxy fans at halftime of this past weekend's 4-0 home rout of Toronto FC, and started training with the club this week. The 35-year-old midfielder could earn his first minutes for LA in this weekend's International Champions Cup friendly against Liga MX outfit Club America.
