There are many similarities between Orlando City's all-purple primary jersey (see it here) and their new all-white away jersey which the club revealed on Tuesday ahead of their inaugural MLS season.
There's the old USL logo on the inside of the jersey, the bands that go across the front of the shirt and the word "Orlando City" accompanied by a crown on the back neck (this one in purple).
But here's where they're different and it's in no way insignificant: While the all-purple home jersey paid homage to the Iron Lion Firm supporters club with the "This Is Orlando" phrase along the neckline, the away shirt gives a nod to another one of OCSC's big supporters clubs -- The Ruckus -- with the words "Forever Our City," also featured in the neckline.
