Columbus Crew SC's Steve Clark claims MLS Save of the Week honors for Week 11

SOTW: Clark's save on MPG earns him the honors for Week 11

Columbus Crew SC conceded two goals last Saturday night – Steve Clark wasn't going to let it be three.


Clark's denial of Matias Perez Garcia's left-footed stinger in Crew SC's 2-0 loss at the San Jose Earthquakes has earned the 29-year-old Save of the Week honors for Week 11.


He edged out Portland Timbers goalkeeper Adam Kwarasey, collecting 30.29 percent of the vote to Kwarasey's 28.32 percent.


Toronto FC's Chris Konopka finished in third, followed by D.C. United's Bill Hamid and Orlando City SC's Donovan Ricketts.
