AT&T Goal of the Week Update: Sporting Kansas City midfielder Benny Feilhaber running away from pack

AT&T Goal of the Week Update: Which All-Star is leading the pack?

AT&T Goal of the Week: Week 21

Benny Feilhaber showed the US national team what they were missing at the CONCACAF Gold Cup on Friday, when he hit a wonder-strike from distance during Sporting Kansas City's 2-1 loss to Real Salt Lake.

While he hasn't gotten any USMNT love recently, MLS fans certainly appreciate Feilhaber, with his jaw-dropping strike curently leading the AT&T Goal of the Week voting for Week 21 with 35.09 percent of the vote so far.

Feilhaber has a healthy lead over the other candidates for the honor, with Orlando City rookie Cyle Larin currently sitting in second place at 19.16 percent for the completion of his hat trick against New York City FC.

It's a close battle for second as Toronto FC's Sebastian Giovinco sits in in third place (17.6 percent), NYCFC's David Villa is in fourth (15.68 percent) and the Houston Dynamo's Leonel Miranda is in fifth (12.47 percent).

Can anyone catch Feilhaber? Or will the SKC midfielder take home his second Goal of the Week honor of the season. Vote now – the winner will be announced on Friday.

Voting runs until 11:59 pm PT on Thursdays. For complete coverage of the AT&T MLS Goal of the Week – including an archive of all of this season’s nominees and winners – click here.
